What will you do?

At Leadinfo we love solving big challenges. We work with petabytes of data to build the best identification software for our customers. Data is the ‘oil’ that runs through our platform and is increasingly becoming more important. Our main challenge is to connect 4 billion IP addresses to 250 million companies, but also to keep 300 million contact profiles up to date with email adresses and LinkedIn profiles.

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Product Owner Data to join our data team, consisting of data engineers and scientists. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing a roadmap that enhances our data capabilities and insights, ensuring data quality, and managing efficient processes to empower our organization with high-quality data solutions. You love data and consider yourself as data savvy, but you enjoy your role as being the glue in the team and work on multiple projects at the same time.

Your tasks include:

• Building dashboards to measure data quality and performance.
• Preparing new data improvements.
• Setting-up and building the data roadmap.
• Internal stakeholder for all data related questions.
• Filling and maintaining Jira.

What do you bring?

You are critical, positive, and not shy about expressing your opinion. Can you handle combining the roughness of a developer with challenging our founder? And do all this positively and cohesively? That’s great! Additionally, we ask for:

• Education: A MSc degree with a technical background.
• Experience: 3+ years in a Product Owner, Data Analyst, or Data Project Management role within a data-driven organization.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data concepts, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data engineering concepts.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess complex data quality issues, prioritize problem-solving, and drive data-centric improvements.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and process documentation.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues, optimizing workflows, and enhancing data quality.
