Head of Finance

To make that next phase happen, we’re looking for a Head of Finance who can build, sharpen and future-proof our financial engine. As Head of Finance, you are responsible for the financial foundation of Leadinfo. You act as a strategic sparring partner to the leadership team and translating ambition into numbers, insights and scalable structure. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on mentality. You build processes without slowing momentum.

What you’ll do?

• Own and shape Leadinfo’s financial strategy in line with our €50M ARR ambition.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.

• Take full ownership of monthly and annual closing processes and management reporting.

• Drive performance insights across SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) and translate them into clear actions.

• Professionalize and scale financial processes, systems and internal controls.

• Ensure strong cash flow management while enabling aggressive growth.

• Build, lead and develop the finance team (Business Control & Accounting).

• Act as financial sparring partner for the CEO on pricing, international expansion and new product launches.

• Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, advisors and financial partners.

What you bring

• 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably within SaaS, tech or a high-growth scale-up.

• Experience in a senior finance role (Head of Finance, Finance Lead, Finance Manager or similar).

• A strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and growth steering.

• Experience building or professionalizing finance processes in a scaling environment.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into direction.

• Leadership experience and the ability to build and inspire a team.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
