As a Product Marketing Manager, you ensure that our products and messaging perfectly align with what our customers need, both now and in the future.
You effortlessly connect strategy with execution: you clarify our value proposition, ensure it reaches the right audience at the right time, and deliver direct impact on our MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
You’ll lead a team of two product marketers and set the tone together, with smart campaigns, powerful messaging, and continuous data-driven optimization.

What you'll do:
- Define market positioning and messaging
You develop a clear value proposition and messaging framework (including Category Entry Points), ensuring our communication is sharp, distinctive, and targeted. - Own the communications calendar and campaign flow
You drive a steady stream of campaigns, content, and product updates that generate qualified leads and contribute directly to MRR growth. - Lead and coach a team of two Product Specialists
You set priorities, guide professional development, and ensure high-quality, consistent output from your team. - Gather customer insights and translate them into action
Using AI tools, customer interviews, and panels, you identify key needs and friction points and turn them into better messaging and product improvements. - Leverage product analytics to optimize the funnel
You analyze funnel data (e.g. via Amplitude), identify drop-off points, and run experiments to improve conversion and trial-to-paid ratios. - Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams
You work daily with Product Management, Growth, and Partner Marketing to turn insights into impactful, data-driven actions.
What you'll bring:
· At least 7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a proven track record in positioning products for different target audiences.
· Expertise in developing clear, impactful messaging frameworks, including the use of Category Entry Points to drive relevance and differentiation.
· Strong analytical skills, you use tools like Amplitude to dig deep into funnel performance and uncover optimization opportunities.
· Experience managing a communications calendar and delivering consistent, high-quality campaigns and content across channels.
· Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and how they influence MRR, conversion, retention, and upsell.
· Leadership and coaching experience, you guide your team with clarity, motivation, and high standards.
· Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, you're not just a planner, but a builder who gets things done.
· Excellent communicator, you simplify complexity and tailor your message to resonate with different audiences, always with a commercial mindset.
