Leadinfo is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the Netherlands. From our HQ in Rotterdam, we’re expanding rapidly, this time across the North Sea. As we grow our presence in the UK, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of the customer journey: from onboarding to relationship management and growth.
Your role
As our dedicated CSM for the UK market, you’ll be the go-to person for our English-speaking clients. You’ll guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, ensure they’re getting real value from our platform, and proactively build long-term relationships. You’ll also play a key role in identifying upsell opportunities and helping our customers scale with us.
You won’t just respond to questions, you’ll drive success. You’ll become a trusted advisor, a source of insight, and a key part of our international expansion.What you’ll be doing
- Onboard new UK customers and help them get the most out of Leadinfo
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and drive user adoption
- Spot growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to turn them into results
- Be the voice of the customer internally—translating feedback into product improvements
- Contribute to help content, playbooks, and best practices
- Help shape how we grow in the UK
What you bring
- Native or near-native English
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
- You understand what makes B2B customers tick and know how to deliver value
- You're proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up
- Experience in SaaS or digital marketing is a big plus
